Capital Peptides is the trading name of CP Scientific Pty Ltd (ACN 702 046 866), the supplier under these terms. All products supplied by Capital Peptides are intended for laboratory and research use only. Products are not approved by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) for therapeutic use and are not for human or animal consumption.

By placing an order, you warrant that you are a licensed research entity, qualified professional, or authorised purchaser, and that products will be used solely for legitimate research purposes.

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST where applicable. Payment is processed at the time of order.

Orders are processed through our Australian warehouse and dispatched via express courier. Standard orders are untracked; local stock orders ship tracked. Delivery times (typically 2–3 weeks for standard, under a week for local stock) are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk pass to the buyer on dispatch. Buyers are responsible for any local import duties, taxes, or customs fees applicable in their country.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Capital Peptides is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or misuse of products supplied.

Buyers are solely responsible for determining whether the purchase, import, and possession of research compounds is lawful in their jurisdiction. Capital Peptidesmakes no representation that products are legal in any particular country or region. Orders placed in breach of local law are the sole responsibility of the buyer.Capital Peptides reserves the right to refuse orders at its discretion.

From time to time Capital Peptidesruns prize draws. Where a draw is running, the conditions below apply in addition to any conditions published on that promotion's own page. Entry is taken as acceptance of these conditions.

• Winners must be present at the live draw. Draws are conducted live in the draw room at the advertised time. If a winner's name is drawn and they do not claim it in the chat within the published claim window, the prize is forfeited and re-drawn to another entrant. Entries are not held over.
• Entries are earned as published for that promotion — by qualifying spend, referrals, reviews or other listed actions. Qualifying spend is measured after discounts and before shipping.
• Winners are selected at random, weighted by the number of entries held. Prizes are awarded as store credit unless stated otherwise, are not transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
• Orders that are refunded, cancelled or charged back forfeit any entries they earned.
• Capital Peptides may amend or end a promotion where required, and may disqualify entries obtained through fraud, duplicate accounts or manipulation of the entry system.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Australian Capital Territory.
